A New Command

A feast, feet washed

And the Lord shares

More and More to come

Of why He serves,

Of the betrayal soon to occur

But most important

A New Command

Give by Love’s representative:

“Love one another,

As I have loved you”~

Yes, A New Command

On bated breath

“Love One Another”

With kindness, goodness, Joy

And allow such love

To heal the wounds

Of yester-year and beyond

In the Passion of Grace

Shown by a King

Who serves His brethren

Above anything else.
